Introducing the Neptune wetblaster

The Neptune model is a “Walk-in” wet blast system where an operator suits up similar to dry-blast room. The benefit of the wet Walk-in system is that there is no expensive dust extraction system required.

The Neptune model can have a sump size from 200 to 580-litres and takes a 50 to 150 kg charge of abrasive.

This model is only available in 415-volt and is both able to operated in either manual or semi-automated mode. This machine is capable of running multiple process guns.

Typical industry applications for this model machine include;

• Stainless steel industry,
• Defence industry,
• Large food equipment manufacturers.

Typical media types used in this machine are glass bead and aluminium oxide.
