VS25AH

  • 44-88 microns
  • Much smaller peening effect and gives a nice bright finish.
  • Extremely fine.
  • While it’s possible to remove coating such as paint, it is a poor choice for that application.

VS25AD

  • 105 – 210 microns
  • Gives a nice bright finish.
  • Very fine.
  • Fantasic for blasting uncoated alloys, aluminium etc
  • Gives a real “Wow factor” finish.
  • While it’s possible to remove coating such as paint, it is a poor choice for that application.

VS25AB
– 177-297 microns
– Gives a nice bright finish.
– Mid-sized bead.
– A good mix of speed and finish. – One of the more popular sizes.

VS25C
– 250-420 microns
– Gives a nice bright/”satin” finish.
– Large/mid-sized bead.
– A good mix of speed and finish. – One of the more popular sizes.
– Most commonly used in automotive engine repair as it allows cleaning without destroying tolerances while aggressive enough to remove carbon build-up.

VS25B
– 420-590 microns
– Gives a nice bright/satin finish.
– Larger sized bead.
– Gives a slightly “grainy” finish compared with other bead sizes
-Large mass means faster processing and a more pronounced peening effect
