This little machine is best suited for smaller components and typical industry applications are the diesel fuel pump industry, Jewellery manufacturers and stainless-steel medical component manufacturers to name just a few.

It has a small footprint which is useful for a workshop that is tight on space. It also has a flip-top lid, again, making it a compact unit. It has a lower air requirement that the larger machines and runs from 240V power making it suitable for more limited workshops.

    • Do you supply parts / media?
      We supply everything you need to keep your machine operating. Dana-Ridge has been supplying equipment for our machines since 1987.
    • How long does the pump last?
      The pumps are extremely reliable and hard-wearing. Based on historical averages, approximately 12,500 to 14,000 operating hours from the urethane lined pump is achieved. **NOTE**Those figures assume the use of a larger aggressive aluminium oxide. Using gentler blast media, such as glass bead abrasive, achieves even longer life.  Glass bead is significantly softer and gentler. They are commercial machines designed to work long hours and we also keep a range of parts on hand.
    • How much media does it use?
      Here are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our wet blast machines and process.
    • What is the difference between these machines and the hobby machines?
      The commercial machines are designed to provide a strong supply of slurry to the gun and a larger volume of air. They also agitate the media/ water more efficiently. The pumps can range anywhere from 1.5kW up to 11.5kW . This all adds up to a more powerful machine that will process parts more efficiently and have a greater range than those with small submersible pumps and smaller air jets. Parts are more robust and some have features to minimise operator error (useful when you have a variety of workers using the machine – some with a lower “care factor” than yourself)
